How to register/make payments:

• Go to http://www.musictravel.com
• Upper Right - Click the “Trip Login” link
• Select “Register a New User”
• Fill out contact information
• Select “Register a Traveler”
• Enter trip number 2411-9-17
• Select “Make a Payment” to Pay Deposit

• Once the trip reaches capacity, you will be added to the waitlist.

Trip Account App:

*PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE TRIP ACCOUNT APP BEFORE THE TRIP DEPARTURE MEETING. THE APP WILL BE ACCESSIBLE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. * 

Please follow these steps to locate your Trip Account App PIN:

1. Please go to www.tripaccount.com. 
2. Log into your trip account and locate the App PIN number under the Access Trip button directly below the Traveler(s) Name. 
3. Open the Trip Account App on your mobile device.
4. In the Traveler Pin field, enter the six-digit PIN number.

Here are a few important things to know once you’ve installed the Trip Account App: 

• The Trip Account App is for registered travelers only.
• Once the trip has departed, if a PIN number is misplaced or forgotten, your Music Travel ConsultantsTour Director will be able to provide the PIN to the traveler while on the trip.
• A preview itinerary is attached for non-travelers if you would like to print it out before the meeting.
• The itinerary can also be found in the Trip Account App for trip participants.

We suggest booking your hotel room as soon as possible as the rates are going up fairly quick in downtown Indianapolis area.

Once bands are assigned to hotel, BOA will release any and all remaining rooms back into inventory with the hotels so those can be purchased directly from them. Unfortunately, we do not currently have the ability to support individual reservations within the larger group block.
