Additional Info:

We suggest booking your hotel room as soon as possible as the rates are going up fairly quick in downtown Indianapolis area.

At this time, the band has not yet been assigned to a hotel by the BOA Housing Bureau. This is a lengthy process that usually takes BOA until late summer to place all of the bands and communicate the assignments.

Once bands are assigned to hotel, BOA will release any and all remaining rooms back into inventory with the hotels so those can be purchased directly from them. Unfortunately, we do not currently have the ability to support individual reservations within the larger group block.
